manma and cafe Yukimatsuri
This is one of the largest natural food cafe restaurants in the region, opened in April 2012 for customers to enjoy local snow country vegetables and dishes in a casual style. One popular dishes is "Shoyu Don Soba" (soba with soy sauce soup in a bowl), half of which is made of ground rice produced in the prefecture. This dish is loved by a wide range of age groups, from children to seniors, partly thanks to its low calories. Also popular are a set meal with branded pork from the Tsumari region, dishes of seasonal vegetables, smoothie of pumpkins and carrots matured in snow storehouses, organic five-grain rice, and several kinds of Japanese soup. In this Japanese-style modern cafe restaurant, you can enjoy authentic meals while immersed in gentle sunlight and the rich nature of Tokamachi.

Because foodstuffs produced in Uonuma are simply delicious, I always try to cook in a way that lets customers savor the original tastes of the foods. Our menus change slightly with the seasons with local farmers bringing fresh products every morning. I hope that every customer enjoys our healthy menus with a lot of local organic rice and vegetables.
